Return & Refund Policy

1. Return window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. This meets Google Merchant Center’s minimum 30-day return requirement. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals
  • No stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of use
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

Products that do not meet these conditions will be denied a refund and sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

3. Return process

  • Step 1: Contact us at info@waterpik.cyou to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include your order number and reason for return.
  • Step 2: Once approved, you will receive an RA number and a prepaid return shipping label via email.
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include proof of purchase, and write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Returns sent without an RA number may be delayed or rejected.

4. Return shipping cost

We offer free return shipping for all eligible returns within the 30-day window. A prepaid shipping label will be provided.

5. Restocking fee

No restocking fee applies. You will receive a full refund of the product price (excluding any expedited shipping fees paid, if any; standard free shipping orders receive full refund).

6. Refund timeline

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal).
  • Depending on your financial institution, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items showing obvious use, damage, or missing parts
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Clearance or final sale items (if clearly marked at time of purchase)

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

9. Damaged or defective products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@waterpik.cyou. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
