1. Shipping destinations
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes. International shipping is not offered.
2. Processing time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Business days: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PT, excluding major U.S. federal holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Shipping time and delivery
- After processing, delivery within the contiguous U.S. takes 2-5 business days.
- Delivery time is calculated from the shipment date, not from the order date.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or weather conditions.
4. Shipping cost
- Free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase required. No hidden fees.
5. Carriers
We use reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier assigned to your order will be determined based on your shipping address and package size. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
6. Order tracking
A shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and carrier link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.
7. Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date at info@waterpik.cyou. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
8. Incorrect shipping address
You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If you entered an incorrect address, email us immediately at info@waterpik.cyou. Once shipped, we cannot redirect the package, and additional shipping fees may apply.
9. Business day definition
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PT, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
